Employee Testimonials

“As a physical therapist who has worked for more than 38 years in various settings and many organizations, I was looking for a company that would respect my experience and provide me with the autonomy that is needed in the home care environment. The administrative staff is supportive, but not overbearing. The clinical staff is experienced and provides exceptional guidance in complex situations where good advice is needed. The company offers a free CEU program. What more could you ask?” – Deborah O., PT

“I have been working with Continuum for 8 months, and it has been a very enjoyable experience. I had been with a SNF, but they valued high productivity over high quality. I prefer providing care in the home as I can be much more effective. I can personalize treatment to actual needs in the patient’s own environment, rather than simulating tasks in a rehab department. My patients are very motivated! From an OT perspective, this is a dream come true.” – Dana D., OT

“At Continuum Rehabilitation, I feel like they are focused on my employment needs, and I don’t feel lost in the shuffle. They have given me the flexibility and financial means to have the career I’ve always wanted.” – Valerie L., COTA
