Continuum Rehabilitation is a rapidly growing therapy provider in search of a talented and motivated Occupational Therapist to address our significant caseload in the Greater New Haven area.

Full and part-time candidates will be considered to help with the increasing home care client demand. Our therapists receive competitive per visit rates with great flexibility and independence in their treatment scheduling.

We initiated our Philadelphia operations in late 2015 and are expanding rapidly. Continuum has been actively providing rehab services in Pittsburgh for the past fifteen years and for the past five years in Rhode Island & Connecticut.

  • Successful program completion approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Current OT licensure issued by the state of PA and a current CPR certificate
  • Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, computers, laptops, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation (We provide significant training as needed)

Salary & Benefits based on therapist schedule:  Full-time or Part-time

  • The minimum caseload to be eligible for our benefit package is 100 visits per month.
  • Compensation is based on home visits, you control your earnings and full-time therapists receive our benefit package.
  • Our therapist completed visits per month range from 100-150 each month, we provide a significantly higher reimbursement for each visit over 110 a month.

Therapists are eligible for full-time benefits at 100 or more visits per month:

Student Loan Repayment Program: Continuum offers a unique Student Loan Contribution Program, administered by

Two Levels of Benefit: There are two levels to the benefit based on number of visits per month, 100 Visits/Month and 150 Visits/ Month. The amount of principal that Continuum will pay down on your behalf increases each year and by the number of visits.

The contribution ranges from $100 a month to $550 a month by year five. We are committed to having our therapist enjoy a successful and fulfilling career with Continuum.
