Cliff brings 25 years of comprehensive experience both as a clinician and an entrepreneur. In 1999, he founded what has become Continuum Rehabilitation, and he has successfully launched multiple other start-ups in the healthcare market. Cliff continues to serve a vital role, leading our professional staff, as he inspires our clinicians to provide the highest standard of care and to achieve ideal patient outcomes. A longtime advocate of the benefits of home healthcare rehabilitation, Cliff knows first-hand why home care is the leading growth sector in all of healthcare. He describes his passion for the home health rehabilitation as, “the most important and life-changing healing intervention serving the geriatric population.” He is exclusively focused on growing and developing Continuum’s mission to serve home healthcare throughout Southern New England and the Mid-Atlantic Regions. Cliff is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, with a BS and MS in Physical Therapy. Also, he is currently a practicing physical therapist and certified as an LSVT BIG.


KRISTEN MILOWICKI |  Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

 As Chief Operating Officer, Kristen manages client relationships, ensuring that their staffing needs are fulfilled in the highest of professional standards.  Kristen is responsible for managing the day-to- day activity of all therapists. In addition, she supervises the orientation of new staff, management of human resource files, and therapist credentials, maintenance of Continuum’s database, as well as supervision of invoicing and payroll procedures.  Most importantly, Kristen supports therapists in the field—while meeting all the needs of our clients—to provide our patients with the treatment needed to maximize their quality of life at home. Kristen holds degrees of a B.A. and a M.S.W. from the University of Pittsburgh.Over the last 10 years, Kristen has worked as a medical social worker in hospitals and home healthcare, providing the experience and skills to manage daily operations for Continuum.

RICHARD GORMLEY | Vice President, Talent Acquisition

RICHARD-GORMLEYRichard brings to Continuum deep experience and specialized knowledge of health care recruitment. Additionally, Richard owns and leads Rogo Search, The Physician Source. He has over twenty years of physician search experience in all aspects of the health care industry including academic, managed care, university systems and the traditional private practice model. Richard’s clients have included many national healthcare systems including the Mayo Health System, the University of Pittsburgh Health System, Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is an active member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), a 400+ member organization that oversees the standards and ethics in the physician recruitment industry. Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Operations from the business school at Villanova University and completed the small business ownership program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

AGNES SHIELDS | Vice President Marketing and Communications

AGNES-SHIELDSAgnes brings over 20 year of Marketing, Advertising, and Product Development experience in diverse industries ranging from health care, education, publishing, and consumer products. Her duties at Continuum include brand management, internal and external communications, client development, and recruiting. Agnes holds a B.A from Rosemont College and a M.A. from the University of St. Joseph.
